However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return or exchange your purchase.
Please read our policy carefully to know how returns, exchanges, and cancellations are handled under Indian law.
1. Case of Manufacturing Defect
We follow a 3-Day Return & Exchange Policy for all items purchased on urbanseerah.com if a manufacturing defect is found.
If you receive a defective item, an immediate return or exchange will be processed at no additional cost.
How to Report a Defect:
Simply email us at support@urbanseerah.com within 3 days of delivery, attaching:
- Clear pictures or videos showing the defect
- Your order number and contact details
Once verified, we will process your return or replacement promptly.
2. Case of No Manufacturing Defect
We offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy on all non-discounted products purchased from our website, even when there is no manufacturing defect.
We want you to love what you buy. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Conditions for Return / Exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and receipt intact.
- Items that have been damaged, worn, or altered (including those repaired by an external service) will not be accepted.
- Products should be tried carefully and stored in dust bags until you’re sure you’re keeping them.
- Items showing signs of daily wear, stains, or missing packaging will not qualify for return or exchange.
If your order has already been shipped, please wait for its delivery before submitting a return request through the My Orders section by selecting “Cancel Request.”
For a smooth return experience, ensure that the product is packed securely in the same way it was delivered to you.
3. Mode of Return
Customers are required to self-ship the product back to us at their own cost.
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, the courier charges you incurred will be added as credit to your Urban Seerah Wallet.

4. Return / Exchange Process
Once your return reaches us, our team will inspect the product for eligibility.
We will confirm the acceptance or rejection of your return within 7 working days of receiving the shipment.
Upon Approval:
- Refund Request: You will receive a Store Credit equal to the product’s amount,
excluding any shipping or COD charges (if applicable). - Exchange Request:
- If the return was picked up by our courier partner, a fee of ₹150 per product will apply.
- If the return was self-shipped, there will be no additional cost.
- The replacement product will be dispatched once the return is approved and payment (if applicable) is received.
5. Case of Size Issue
All Urban Seerah garments follow international size standards, which may differ slightly from local sizing.
Please check the Size Chart available on each product page before placing your order.
If a size issue occurs because the chart wasn’t reviewed before purchase, we won’t be liable for a free exchange.
However, you can still request an exchange for a ₹150 charge per product, applicable whether self-shipped or picked up by our courier.
If there’s a manufacturing size defect (difference greater than ±0.5 inches from the listed size chart), we will provide an immediate free exchange or refund, subject to proof of measurement.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled online within 12 hours of purchase.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 3 working days, and the amount will reflect in your account within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment method. - If a cancellation request is made after 12 hours, feasibility will be reviewed by our management.
A ₹150 deduction per item may apply if cancellation is possible. - Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
You may, however, return it after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
To cancel, sign in to your account, go to Recent Orders, and submit a Cancel Request.
7. In Case of Dispute
All disputes or claims regarding defective products, refunds, or store credits will be resolved at the discretion of Urban Seerah Management, whose decision shall be final and binding.
Urban Seerah reserves the right to modify or update this policy without prior notice.
All transactions and disputes are subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
