Note: Where sensitive personal data is involved, we process it strictly per applicable Indian law.

IV. Purging / Deletion of Your Personal Data
You may delete your Urban Seerah account at any time via our desktop website, mobile WAP site, or (if applicable) mobile app. Upon deletion, we cease external processing for your account. We retain Personal Data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or as required by law; thereafter it is securely disposed of.
Certain Indian laws require us to retain transaction logs for longer periods even after account deletion. During any pending legal/regulatory proceedings or upon receiving lawful directions, we may retain data as required.
You may also request full Data Deletion by emailing support@urbanseerah.com with the subject line “Delete my Data.” We will confirm deletion from our active systems within 48 hours (subject to legal retention requirements).
V. Cookie Policy
“Cookies” are small data files stored in your browser. We may use cookies and tracking technologies depending on features offered. Cookies do not by themselves collect Personal Data; however, if you have previously provided Personal Data, cookies may be associated with such information to improve your experience.
